Not your average insurance agency….
It would be easy to be like other insurance companies and just sit back and collect premiums…..we choose not to.
Each year we sit down as an agency team and discuss how we are going to grow. The usual lazy ideas of billboards, postcards, cold calling and mailings always come up. Although these are time tested ways to generate little business, more importantly it is a very selfish way for us to grow. These types of tactics provide only a benefit to our agency and generally very little positive emotional feeling for the client. This year we decided to change all that. We have always been envious of companies that seem to literally give themselves away to the community. Wheter it is something simple and inexpensive like sports team sponsorships to massive community projects that require thousands of dollars and alot of time. Therefore this year we are excited to announce our “Growing through Giving” campaign. We have already started multiple projects such as our popular collaboration with Paul’s Quality Collision to bring “DNT TXT N DRIVE” campaigns to thousands of local high school students and our “One 4 Ten” project that puts $10 for each household, who writes business with our agency, in the hands of the Monroe County Opportunity Programs “Harvest Pantry”, a local food pantry designed to give needy family dignity as they shop. We are especially humbled to see the One 4 Ten program get added support by a grant the MCOP was able to secure that adds money to the fund each time we donate. We hope our clients understand that we love what we do and we love our city. As business owners we feel compelled to be visionaries for other business leaders to stand up and start supporting the community that supports them. We hope to help many more citizens in Monroe for that only means we will be able to expand our current outreach programs and build new ideas to propel this great county into the future.
